Hypnotherapy session details
Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Life Coaching Sessions all run for 90 minutes. The first 60 minutes are spent taking a comprehensive case history of your concerns, what’s working for you and what’s not, and discussing what changes you want to achieve. Together we will pin point exactly what outcomes you want to achieve and outline what you think is stopping you from achieving them.
The final 30 minutes are spent doing hypnotic trance. After each of your sessions you will receive a free hypnotic reading of all the hypnotic trance and suggestions used in your session. These recordings are for your own use and can be played when you are relaxing to further reinforce the work you do together. These recordings will be provided to you after each session free-of-charge.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone has a different learning curve and a capacity for change.
Often a simple 3 session package is sufficient to unlock your potential and achieve the goal you want. However if your issue is the result of years of struggle and entrenched unproductive behaviour then it may take longer. In these situations a 5 session or 8 session package may be better for you.

3 SESSION PACKAGE – three 90 minute sessions around 1 week apart to change your behaviour and give you a positive structured framework which will work with you into the future. Includes hypnosis and recordings with each session.
5 SESSION PACKAGE – five sessions of 90 minutes over the time frame that works for you to help you integrate changes into your life and lifestyle. Best for habit breaking like stop smoking. Includes:
- Dealing directly with the triggers, habit behaviour and underlying behavioural needs.
- Gives you alternative behaviour patterns to facilitate behaviour changes and give you a positive structured framework which will work with you into the future.
- Includes hypnosis and your free personalised hypnotic recording with each session.
8 SESSION PACKAGE – Create yourself from the ground up and be the ultimate version of you! 8 sessions of 90 minutes examining the pillars of your life, to change your behaviour and give you a positive structured framework which will work with you into the future. Includes hypnosis and your free personalised hypnotic recording with each session.
- Utilizing the richness of transpersonal psychology to unearth all the amazing facets of you. Adopting and employing a variety of modalities as you need them, including energy work, metasymbology, cards, hypnosis, future pacing, gestalt, life concept therapy … whatever you need for your best healing.
- Unlimited contact in-between sessions whenever you need me to help you through whatever comes up. I’m here for you!
Reading session details
Tarot, Psychic and Metasymbology readings can be done in person or via video chat or phone.
Readings can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
I am always happy for you to record the reading on your phone or to take notes. I want you to really enjoy and savour every moment of our reading together.
Don’t forget that you can get readings for other people – just provide their birthdate and first name.
Clinic procedures
- Sessions must be paid for by cash or credit card on or prior to the day of therapy or reading.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so 24hrs prior to avoid a fee charge of 25%. This is because there are usually people waiting to be seen and your appointment time could be allocated to someone else with enough notice.
- If you arrive late for your session I will do my best to accommodate you, however if there is another client straight after you will only receive the session time that is available. You will be charged the full session fee.
- Please let me know at time of booking hypnotherapy sessions if you are able to claim a rebate through your health care provider.
- This practice makes every endeavour at all times to achieve happy and successful results for all clients, however in the event of any dissatisfaction no refunds will be given after the session has been done. Refunds on pre-paid sessions can be obtained in special circumstances, but will include a cancellation fee to cover administration costs. Contact Karen directly to discuss your circumstances.
