ENERGETIC PROTECTION: Sometimes we find ourselves defenceless, exposed, or under attack from other people. These attacks can come in the form of a person’s words and anger, their moods and dispositions, or even actual threats. It can some from anyone at any time – from an angry boss, an indignant in-law, a frenemy, a stranger, a service provider.
Often these people are only acting out their own pain; sometimes it comes from someone who is actually malicious or wishing us harm.
This simple system, which I have devised myself and used many times throughout my life, is designed to help you protect yourself from the negative coercions of others in whatever energetic form they come in, and to help you to feel stronger, grounded and supported in the situation. It can be done simply with the power of your intention and your imagination. It is using the power of your ability to create and manifest as you work with spirit guides, guardian angels, and your own infinite source of higher consciousness and soul star energies.
Shielding yourself with white light is done by sitting still, closing your eyes, and bringing down white healing light to surround you all around. It covers you from head down to your toes and under your feet. It is beautiful white, pure light, coming down from the angels and God above. Feel it sooth you, clam you, and protect you as it shelters and covers you.
Feel yourself wrapped in a cocoon of this white light, like a swaddling baby, protected and feeling safe.
Then put a layer of mirrors on the outside of this energy, like you’re on the inside of a mirror ball with the mirrors pointing out to the outside world. Inside you are protected and sheltered. Outside the mirrors reflect back to others their energies, negative or otherwise, while you are safe. If anyone seeks to harm you in any way their negative energies will reflect back on them.
Then wrap this mirror ball image in the soft pink energy of Rose Quartz Crystal. This will soften and reflect with love. Thus only loving energies will filter through your mirror ball shielding, and only your own loving energies will shine out to others. You are protected in love and light this way; the Rose Quartz energy brings the love.
Set this as an affirmation to be protected in your day, as you go on your way in love and light.
